Once we've received your order, it will be processed in-house within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

International Orders, Customs & Duty

We ship to the United States via Canada Post / USPS. All customs and duty fees for orders outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to shop in USD please change your Country/Region at the bottom of the screen.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Unfortunately, shipping delay are out of our control. If your order is experiencing delays please contact us at support@caribouloft.art with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
